Awful service. Last week tried to book an appointment. First they will told me doctor will call you for the appointment then I waited for all day. Doctor did not call me and then I was told that you did not attend your appointment

Receptionists are unwelcoming - I am very rare when use GP service but the way they talk to you is very unwelcoming. They are unable properly answer on most of questions and not looking to help you in your situation at all. People who have no idea how system does work we as patients need a bit of information and explanation but receptionists look at you like you are stupid. Never had same GP in this practice I believe if it is family doctor we should be able to see same doctor.

Rang up as needed advice or to see a gp urgently told the receptionist the problem, advised to go A+E as no appointments at the surgery, the hubs or orsett hospital. Great care and compassion NOT. When I collapse I hold the surgery at fault.

Impossible to get an appointment, despite calling at the correct time and being met with no nothing available, this can happen every day until you get lucky and get a phone call appointment. Every time I call a different system is in place for phone call apps or even booking an app. Despite not having enough time for their existing patients they are still accepting new patients, making the chances of getting an app even smaller. I have even been told wrong information by a receptionist, I only had some cooperation when I had spent too long in pain and had been turned away by their "Alternative suggestion" I was then given a quick call by a doctor and told to come in the next day despite me not being able to walk properly, this did not need 999 care as it was caused by a pre-existing condition. Their receptionists need to learn how to provide excellent customer service and they need to sort out their appointment system, find some rules and stick to them. The rules cannot change every time someone calls, I have been told I cannot prebook appointments for my child, despite it not being an urgent need I was happy to wait until the next week, but I was told I have to phone in the morning, how is that possible if she has school, she doesn't need to be seen urgently she just needs to see a doctor about a minor issue, but receptionists won't listen because its their complicated rules. They need to make it possible for someone to see a doctor, yes it isn't possible for every patient but they should try and find a way around it. Also so receptionist staff should not tell patients on the phone that their results aren't urgent its ok, they are not the doctors they should not be saying information like that. The whole surgery needs a complete shake up, they need more doctors or nurses and better receptionists

Cant get appointments, they only pick up to tell you that appointments are finished. My baby has bad eczema. She's 2.5 and I've only seen the gp once. She is scratching like mad and they won't even give cream. Immunization s missed. Results not given unless you call. Not all receptionists are rude but there is a bad one there. I dread calling
